Before me, the undersigned authority, this day person-
- ally appeared ALICS ZACHERY, who being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
. 1. That she is the owner of a certain parcel of real
property located in St. Lucie County, Florida, and more particu-
larly described as follows:
The West 110 feet of the following
described tract: Beginning 395 feet
North of the SE corner of the SW~
of the SE~ of Section 4, Township
35 South, Range 40 East, run East

thence nm West 330 feet, thence
run south 100.feet to the point of
beginning.
2. That she is the same person as the ALICE ZACKERY
who is named as grantee in that certain Warranty Deed conveying
- the above-descrfbed real property, dated January 9, 1967, and
recorded on January 15, 1967, in OR Book 164, Page 691, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ~
3. That she was married to EDDIE ZACHERY on
