depose and say that I am the Attorney-in-Fact for JOflN V. MATTEIS
and MARY MATTEIS, his wife, by reason of that certain Power of
Attorney dated September 19, 1977, a photocopy of whic,h is attached
hereto and made a part hereof as if recited at length. .
That JOHN V. MATTEIS and MARY MATTEIS, his wife, are ~
both still~living and are competent and have not revoked said Power
