1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
daughter of the decedent and a residual beneficiary to the extent

~ on September 14, 1977, at Fort Pierce Memorial Hospital, Fort

Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled in
St. Lucie County, Florida. _
