decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida. and owned
assets located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
_ 5. GLADYS BAKER FRESHWATER, whose address is above, and
who is qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to serve .
as personal representative of decedent's Estate is entitled to
preference in appointment as personal representative because she
is the nominated personal representative under the decedent's last
Will. -
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in this ~
Estate consist of real property of the approximate value of
$12,000.00 and personal property and'cash in Che approximate amount
of $200,000.00. .
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 8 hereof.
8. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated
February 28, 1967, subscribed by CAROL Y. LEININGER, MARY VAN DER
LiTGT and CHESTER B. GRIFFIN as attesting witnesses, accompanies
this Petition." -

WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's Will
be admitted to probate and that she be appointed personaZ representa-
tive of the F1.orida Estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of per3ury, I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my
knowledge and belief.
