do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last ~

~Till and Testament and hereby revoke any and all other '
Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
CLAUS$ I: I direct my Executor to pay out of my ~
residuary estate all of my just debts, including the ex-
penses of my last illness and funeral expenses.
CLAUSE II: My Executor is authorized and directed -i
to pay out of my residuary estate all inheritance, legacy

or estate taxes on my estate or on any portion thereof, or
levied by =eason of my death, whether or not the property,
transfer or proceeds with re'spect to which said taxes are
levied is a part of my estate at my death, and my Rxecutor ~
shall not require any transferee or other person to reimburse

my estate for said taxes so paid, nor deduct the same from
the share of any beneficiary hereunder.
CLAUS$ III: I give and bequeath four hundred (400)
shares of my common sto~k in LINK-B$I,T COI~ANY apiece to
my daughter, GLAD~YS BAKBR FRESflWATSR, and to my son, JOE
H. BAKER.
If, prior to my death, there shall ba a reorganiza- ~

tion or change in the corporate structure of said Link-Belt €
