company, ahal.l stand in the place of the stock 3n eaid
Link-Helt Company bequeathed in thia Clause and ahall be
used to satisfy the bequests of four hundred aharee apiece
made herein to my said dauqhter and 8on.
Iri the event I shall hereafter receive or become
entitled to any additional stock of the Link-Belt Compa~y
as a result-of my awnership of common stock in said company,
whether as a result of a stock dividend, a stock split-up,
or otherwise, the bequest to my $aid dauqhter and my said .
son shall be increased by the number of additional ahares
which shall hereafter be issued as a r~sult of the owner-
ship-at the present time of the eight hundred (800) shares
bequeathed in this Clause. I declare that at the present
time I am the owner of twenty-one hundred (2,100) shares
of the common stock of Link-Belt Company.
CLAUSE IV: My son, RO?YC$ $._BAKSR, shall have
the right to occupy and enjoy rent-free as his home the
home presently owned by me~at 1603 Indiana Avenue, Fort_
Pierce, Florida, so long as he shall live and care to do
so, but such right shall be personal to him, and shall
cotitinue only as long as he desires to live in the same,
and so long as he pays the taxes and maintenance charges
and keeps the praperty in proper repair. Subject to the
right or privilege so given to my said son, the remainder -
in fee in said property shall qo equally to my dauqhter,
GLAD~CS BAKER FRESHWATSR, and to my son, JOE H. A~AKSR, share
and share alike. In the event that either my daughter,
GLAD~YS BAKER FRESHWATER, or my son, JOE H. BAKSR, shall
