CLAUS$ V: All of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real and personal, wherever situate and
whether acquired before or after the execution of this Will,
includi.ng the proceeds of any policies of insurance on my
life that may be payable to my estate, (including renounced,
lapsed or void gifts, bequests or devises, whether or not

of a residuary nature) shall be divided into three (3) equal
parts and shall be disposed of as follows:
A. One of said three (3j equal parts to my
daughter, GI~ADYS BAKgR FRSS'HWATSR, provided
she survives me, but if ahe shall fail to sur-
vive me then her share shall go to her descen-
dants living at the date of my death, per
stirpes, but if there be none, then her ahare
shall go to my son; JOE H. BAKSR, per stirpes.
B. One of said three (3) equal parts shall ;
