' of my son, RO~YCS S. BAKRR, is to secure my said son from
want and to insure him a reasonable living under all cir- ~
cumstances. The income and other beneficial interestss ~
of my eaid son ahall not be liable for his debts and shall
not be assigned or hypottiicated in any manner and shall not
be anticipated, encumbered or otherwise disposed of by my - ~

said son and shall not be taken on execution in law or be j

reached by creditors' bill, garnishment, or any other manner
~
in law or in equity by persons having claims aqainst my said
son.
CLAUSS VIII: I specifically exempt my Trustees from -
the annual accounting provisions of the Florida Trust Ac- ~
counting,~,aw, Chapter 737, Florida Statutes; however, the ~
Trustees shall submit an accounting of their administration
of the trust created under this Will to my said son at annual
intervals. Such'accountinq shall show all receipts and dis- ~
{
bursements of the trust during the period of the accounting
and shall contain a statement of all assets of the trust at
~
the end of the period. The failure of my said son or his ~ ~
legal representative to object to the Trustees in writing
~
~ within sixty (60) days after the accounting is submitted
shall constitute the binding approval of my said son. '

CLAUSE IX: I name and appoint my daughter, GLAD~YS ~
t
BAKSR F"R$SAWP?TER, and my son, JOE H. HAKBR, as Co-Executors -
of my estate and as Co-Trustees of the trust created under ~
this Will, both to serve without bond. If either of them ~

shall die, resign, or be unable for any reasor~ to act as
such, then the other of them shall act as Executor and as ~
