Trustee. If both of them shall die, resign, or be unable
for any reason to act as such, then I name and appoint my

My 8xecutora are inveated with full pawer and
authority to sell, convey, transfer and assign any and
all personal property and any and all real estate belonging
to my estate.
CLAOSE X: With regard to the trust created under
this Will for the benefit of my son, RO~YCS E. BAKSR, the
income for his benefit shall not be deferred until the as-
sets of the truat are distributed by the Bacecutors ~o the
Trustees, but s2ia11 accrue fran and after my death and until ~
such distribution occurs, my Executors are directed to dis-
burse the income from my said son's share directly to or
for the benefit of my said son._
CLAUS$ XI: In the event that at the time of my

death I am the awner or co-owner of any real estate, in- ,
surance settlement, bank account, government bond (specifically
including certain United States Savings Bonds. Series H, pre-. -
sently awned in the joint names of myself and Gladys Baker
Freshwater and in the joint names of myself and Joe H._Baker),
or other property, which is registered or issued in the names
of myself and another person or persons as joint tenants
with riqht of survivorship, or which is regiatered or issued
in my name but is payable to or apparently payable to a
named beneficiary upon my death, I declare it to be iay inten- -
tion that all my right, title and interest in any such pro-
