perty shall immediately pass to the joint awner, co-awner
or beneficiary named in any instrument pertaining to such

provision in order to eliminate any doubt or question as
to the right of any such person apparently entitled thereto i

perty upon my death, and to provide for the possible con- .
tingency of an ineffective attempt to create a joint tenancy
with right of survivorship. -
- CLAUSS XII:
A. All reference herein to Executor or Executors
shall, where appropriate, be construed to include
Executrix and Co-$xecutors. ~
B. Z72e word "Trustees" wherever used in this
Will shall be construed to mean "Trustee"
where, under the provisions of this Will, only
one Trustee is serving. .

Wherever I have used the word "Trustee" or
"Executor" herein, it shall mean, where appro-
priate, the plural as well as singular, i.e., -
"Trustees" or "Executors," ~
C. I have given this Will and the various pro-
visions thereof mature thought, and desire that
the spirit of the same, as well as the letter,
be observed in interpreting the same. ~
