Motion of R. N. KOBLEGARD, III, attorney for the Husband, RALTZ WILBUR
HANCOCK, for an Order directing that the Husband, Wife or any other
party be en3oined and restrained from removing any of the~personal
property of the parties. consisting of furniture and household items
from the marital home located at Route l, Box 733 B. Fort Pierce,
Florida, until further order of this Court,.and being fully advised
in the premises~ it is
-ORDERED as follows:
That no one, including the Husband or Wife shall remove any of the
personal property of the parties hereto from the marital home located
at Route 1, Box 733 B, Fort Pierce, Florida, until further order of this
Court.
