The Plaintiffs, WILI~IE BURR$ and RATBLEEN BURRE, his wife,
'by and throuqh their undersigned attorneys, sue the Defendants, EVA
HEAD and STONEWALL INSURANCE COMPANY, a foreign corporation, and
allege:
COUNT I
1. This is an action for damagea in excess of the sum of

2. At all times material hereto, the Plaintiffs, WILLIE
BURKE and RATHLEEN BURKE, were and are husband and wife.
3. At all times material hereto, the Defendant, EVA HEAD,
was and is a resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
4. On or about December 15, 1975, the Defendant, EVA HEAD,
owned and operated a motor vehicle on County Road #229, approximately
.5 mile north of the city limits of Cartersville, Bartow County, Geor-
gia, wherein the Plaintiff, WILLIE BURRE, was riding as a passenger.
5. At that time and place the Defendant, EVA HEAD, operated
or maintained the motor vehicle in a qrossly negligent manner by tra-
veling at a speed in excess of what was required for conditions, by
