This cause came on for trial the 26th da~y of August, 1977, and the
Court having given fu11 consideration to all the evidence, finds nnd ~etermines:
This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and sub3ect matter of this suit_;
that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the nwr.riage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
OROERED and AD~UDGED As follows:
I. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between HARDIE CAMPBELL, ~
JR. and GEORGIA MAE CAMPBELL be and the same is fiereby dissoived, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
matrimo~y heretofore existing betseen them and from the obligations arising
therefrom. -
2. RESTORATION OF NAME: GEORGIA MAE CAMPBELL be and she is
hereby authorized to assune her fornier narne of GEORGIA MAE BAILEY and to
use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. LUMP SUM ALIMONY: GEDRGIA MAE CAMPBELL is hereby awarded
all the personal property listed in Exhibit 1 as lump sun alimony and
HARDIE CAMPBELL, JR. shail deliver to GfORGIA MAE CAMPBELL the personal -
property from the home of the HUsband with reasonable notice to the Wife.
If any of the personal property is missing or unreasonably damaged, the
Court reserves ~ uri s di cti on for further ad~ udi cati on of the Wi fe's ri ghts
in said missing personal property.
4. REAL ESTATE: That the Court grants the Petition for Partition
of the rea] property described as the store and service station situated
