ORDER
This cause caning before the Court on the petitioner's Petition
for temporary relief and the Court having heard the parties and being
fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
ORDERED as follows:
1. That MILDRED L: MARTIp shall have the custo~y of the minor
child of the parties, DANIELLE N. MARTIN, s~~ect to reasonable visitation
~ by JANES BLAKE MARTIN, III after twenty-four hours' notice,
2. That JANES BLAKE MARTIN, III shall pay family maintenance
support in the amount of ~85.00 on Friday of each week after date beginning
September 30, 1977. Each pa~yment shali be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted pranptiy to MILDRED L. MARTIN. In addition tfiere is
her~by assessed the s~ of s1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each -
payment or as from time to time authorized by law. A]1 pa~yments shall be
made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are
ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence
addressgs at all times while this Order is in effect.
3. That MILDRED L. MARTIN shall have possession of the present
rental quarters and the use of the furniture therein.

4. That JAMES BLAKE MARTIN, III sha]] pay within thirty (3Q) -
days from date temporary attorney's fees of ~50.00 and costs in the amount
of s29.50.
5. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto is retained
pending the outcome of this cause.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, this the day of September, A.D. 197 .
