~ further ackno~~ledqes receipt of and reading and exa.•nination of said
Declaration, its Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan,
and acknowledges that each and every provision o~ the foregoing is
essential to the successful operation and manage:a~nt ot tne Condo- -
minium property and is in the best interests and for the benef it of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all oc~rners of parcels in th~
aforedescribed Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and
every provision of said Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits
attached_thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and conf irr.es and approves
all of the terms and provisions of said Decl,aration of Condominit~na
and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under
the Property Owners' Association dacuments referred to above and the '
provisions thereof are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Pur- ~
chaser acknowledges and confirr.ls that the Declaration of Covenants
• and Restrictions of the Property O:,mers' Associa~ion has encumbered
