in which his imit is locatcd and Cxhibits attach~d thercto, including Uut not

therein), the By-Laws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and
Regulations, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sules brocliure and floor
plan of apartment pi~rr,h~sed by Aurcl~aser, and all Amcndments to the aforesaid Qc-
claration ~nd Txhibits a~nd the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser `
further aclmowledges receipt of anci reading and examination of said Declaration, i.ts
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclmowledges t1~at each and
every provision of the foregoing is essentia2 to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominitan property and is in the best interestS and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by eacli and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and_Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies artd
confiYms and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached tliereto,-and agrees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association.docwnents rcferred to above and the provisions thercof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and-said Purchaser acknowZedges and con~irn~s
~hat the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associ-
ation has encumbered and impressed a lien upon the Condomiiiium parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said D~claration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owiiers' Associ~ition and said Purchaser assunes tlie
ob2igations as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominiwn parcel..
Purchaser confirms that all warranties, representations and inducements,.if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of CondominiuQa and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the common expenses and the swns due under the Property Owners' Associatiort
and other charges are estimated only. Ivo~warranty or guaranty is made or intended,
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifical2y warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration af Condominiua and the ~xhibits attached thereto.
