subject xn every respect to the I~eclaration of Condominiun as to the condwnini~
in wt~ich liis w~it ''is located anci ~xhibits uttached thereto, including but not
limited to (whether the same are attached to tlie Declnration or referred to
therein), the By-L~ws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the 1~1es and
Kegulati~ns, copy of projected operating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
pian of apartment pi~rchased by Purcliaser, and all Amenc~nents to the aforesaid De-
claration arid Exl~ibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association; and Purchaser
furtlier acknowledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Fxhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and ackno~wledges that each and
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium pmperty and as in tlie best interests and fot the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and a21 owners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Decl~r-
ation of Condo~ninitsn and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and
confir-~ns and approves all of the terms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Exhibits attached tliereto, and agrees that the assessn~ent under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and eyuitable, and said Purchaser ~aclanowledges and confirms
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associ-
ation has enc~anbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominii,8n parrel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his ob2igations talder the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Uvners' Association and said Purchaser assumes tl~e
obligations as to the Property_Owners' Association as-to his condominium parcel.
Purchascr confirn~s that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~m and Fachibits attached there-
to, and the comnon expenses and the sums due wider the Property Owners' Association
and other charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended,
nor may one be relied except where the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiuen and the Exhibits attached thereto.
