subject in every respect to the Declarnt~on of Condominiwn as to the condominiun
in which his tu~it is located and Iixhibits attached thereto, including but not
limited to (wliether the same are attac:l~ed to the Declaration or referred to
therein), the I3y-Laws of. tl~e Associ~tion, Articles of Incorporation, the Rules and ~
Regulations, copy of projectcd opcrating budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
pIan of apartment purchased by Purcl~aser, and ull Amend~ments to the aforesaid De- ~
claration ~nd T:~diibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictions of the Pmperty Q,mers' Association; and Purchaser
further ackno~rledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
t•xhibits, and budget, sales br~chure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each and
every provision of the forcgoing is essential to the successivl operation and mviage-
ment of the Condominium property and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the awners therein. 1'urchaser and a12 awners of parcels in the aforedescribed
Conclominit~a covenant and agree to abide by each and every pmvision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and ~xhibits attached thereto. Purcl~aser hereby ratifies and
confiims and approves all of the tcrms and pmvisions of saicl Dcclaration of Condo-
miniu~ and Txhibits attached thereto, and agrces that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Association documents referred to above and tlie provisions thereof
are reasonable, ~air and equitable, and~said Purchaser acknowledges anci confirnis
that the Declaration of Coven~nts and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Associ-
ation has enc~ered and impressed a licn upon thc Condwniniwn parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of tlie Property ONmers' Association and said Purchaser assumes t}ie
obligations as to the Property O~mers' Association as to his cond~omini.i.nn parcel..
Purchaser confirms that a21 warranties, representations and indiicements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condomini~n and Fxhibits attached there-
to, and the cor?~non expenses and the sums due tnlder the Property Owners' Association
ancl o~her charges are estimated only. No warranty or guaranty is made or intended,
nor may one be relied except wl~ere the same is specifically warranted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condominiuen and the F~chibits attached thereto.
