State of Teru~essee, hereinafter referred to as OUTDOOR RESORT3 and FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF MARTIN COUNTY, 989 South Federal Highway, Stuart, Florida, hereinafter referred to as FIRST FEDERAL. The parties agree as follows: 1. OUTDOOR RESORTS is the owner of the following describe~- real property as shown in Exhibit "A"~ and FIRST FEDERAL is the ~ owner of the following described real property as shown in Exhibit "B". Contained on OUTDOOR RESORTS' property is a pool complex and parking lot to serve the users of the pool and on FIRST FEDERAL'S property is located a motel and parking lot to serve the users of its facilities. Since the parking lots are contiguous. it is s 4 the desire of the parties to enter into a parking lease of OUTDOOR ~ ; RESORTS' parking lot to handle the overflow parking from the motel i . ~ property. THEREFORE, OUTDOOR RESORTS hereby leases to FIRST FEDERAL that cer~ain property owned by OUTDOOR RESORTS as described in ~ a Exhibit "A", for the use as a parking lot, f 2. For the sum of ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00) per month, ~ and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, the parties have entered into the above-mentioned j lease contained in paragraph 1. 3. DURATION. The term of this lease shall be for a ~ i period of fifty (50) years, beginning August 1, 1977.
