11. NON-LIABILITY OF PARTIES. OUTDOOR RESORTS shall
not be liable for liability or damage claims to persons~ including
FIRST FEDERAL~ it's agents~ or employeea or for any property damage
from anq clause, releating to FIRST FEDERAL'S occupancy of the
premises during the term of this lease or any extension thereof.
FIRST FEDERAL shall indemnify OUTDOOR RESORTS against all loss,
or other damages claims or obligations because of or arising out
of such in~uries of loss.
12. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. Each party will maintain
the premises in good repair at their own expense.
