THIS C,AUSE came on for trial the 30th day of September, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievablq broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between JOHI~1 M. VAN.MORRIS and
MARY RATHLEEN VAN MORRIS be and the same is herebq forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligationa arising therefrom.
2. REAL PROPERTY: The Wife will convey her interest to the
husband on the following described property:
Lot 7, Block 2, Grandview Gardens, St. Lucie
County Public Records.
~ 3: RESTORATION OF NAML: MARY KATHLEEN VAN MORRIS be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MARY KATHLEEN
RODDENBERRY and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened. .
