This cause came on for trial on the 30th day of September,
1977, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and the subject matter of this suit, that the relationship of

Husband and Wife now exists between the parties, and that the marriage
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED

; 1. The marriage between BRYAN R. COLBERT and MARGARET A.
~
~ COLBERT is hereby dissolved a vinculo, and the parties and~ each of
~ them are forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
~
~ between them_and from their obliqations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
~
joined and restrained from interferring with, harassing, or annoying :
. ~
the other.
