O R D E R
THIS CAUSE came before the Court on September 22, 1977, as an
emergency hearing-on Plaintiff's !~lotion for Contempt, for a
restraining order and for other relief. Counsel for both parties
were present, and Plaintiff testified as an adverse witness with
respect to the $49,0~0.00 withdrawal referred to in Paragraph 6 of
Defendant's Affidavit, sworn to September 22, 1977, which was sub-
mitted at the hearing in opposition of the motion. Unfortunately,
only fifteen minutes were available to dispose of the application ~
on an emergency basis. Accordingly, the Court being fully advised,
it is

' ORDERED, that Plaintiff's anplication for said relief on an ~

emergency basis be, and it hereby is, denied, without pre~udice to ~

~ the hearing and determination of Plaintiff's said motion on a regular ~
