This cause coming on to be heard upon stipulation of counsel
for the respective parties pertaininq to the time schedule as set .
out in the F~orida Appellate Rules, 1962 Revision (As Amended 1968)
beinq Rule 3.6 and pertaining to Briefs, being Rule 3.7, and after
argument of counsel for the respective parties and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the time limits or schedule as set
out in Rule 3.6 and Rule 3.7 Florida Appellate Rules 1962 Revision
(As Amended 1968) be and they are hereby stayed or tolled from
September 30, 1977 through November 4, 1977..
