SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANT W. H. HILSON
This cause coming on for hearing before the Court upon Plaintiff's .
Motion for Summary Judgment heretofore filed, and the Court having considered ~
said Motion, together with the pleadings, affidavits and exhibits, it is
~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. Tha.t Plaintiff is entitled to summary judgment as requested in its
said Motion against defendant W. H. HILSON, and accordingly, Plaintiff's
Morion for Summary Judgment against W. H. -HILS~N is hereby granted.
2. Plaintiff, W. R. GRACE & CO. , a corporation, shall have and
recover from the defendant, W. H. HILSON, the sum of $31, 068.14
together with finance charges in amaunt of $5, 248.~ ; plus Plaintiff's
costs in amount of $29. 50 ; for a total of $36, 345. 83 ~
for aI1 of which let execution issue forthwith.
