having considered the sworn Petition and being otherwise fully advised ~
in the premises, it is -
ORDERED as follows:
The clerk of this Court issue a Writ of Ne Exeat commanding the
Respondent , JOHN R. McKINNEY to give bond in the sum of ~Q~~ Q Q
payable to the Governor of Florida and his successors in office condi-
tioned that Respondent will answer Petitioner's pleading in this t

action and will not depart from the State without leave of Court and
will comply with the lawful orders of this Court and pay any 3udgment
hereafter entered in this action with sureties to be approved by the ~
Clerk of this Court, and if Respondent refuses to give bond, the said ~

I Writ.of Ne Exeat shall command that he be arrested and confined in the ~
