ORDER
TfiIS CAUSE having come before the Court upon the Petition
~ for Writ of Habeas Corpus of MARY V. IQdOTT, formerly MARY V.
!
ROCRY, wife, and Writ of Habeas Corpus, issued by the Honorable
~Philip G. Nourse, a Judge of this Court on the 27th day of
( September, 1977, the Respondent, WILLIAH! C. ROCKY, having appeare
before this Court as directed in said Writ of Habeas Corpus
with the bodies of ROBERT EDWIN ROCRY and RODNEY ALAN ROCKY,
and the Court having considered the Petition, and the testimony
of the parties, and being otherwise fully advi~sed in the premises
~
I the Court finds that by the Final Judgment of this Court dated
~ June 12, 1972, the wife is entitled to the care, custody, and
~
control of ROBERT EDWIN ROCRY and RODNEY ALAN ROCRY, and it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, WILLIAM C. ROCRY, ~
shall forthwith release, relinquish and return to the control ~
and custody of the Petitioner ROBERT EDWIN ROCKY and RODNEY ALAN ~
~
~ ROCRY; and it is
~ ~ FURZ'~R ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that WILLIAM C. ROCKY shall -

i ( have rights of visitation with ROBERT EDWIN ROCKY and RODNEY ALAN

j ROCKY from 5:00 p.m. Friday evening to 6:00 p.m. Sunday evening

~ each weekend beginning Friday, September 30, 1977, until further .

~ order of this Court. The wife shall deliver said children to
s
i ~
~ the residence of the husband at the aforesaid time and shall
I pick them up at the residence of the husband at the end of each
! period of visitation as herein set forth.
