O R D E R .
This cause came on to be heard on the Motion for Continuance of
the defendants/counter-claimants, PAUL E. I~iUN, SR., and ELIZABETH F.
IQiUN, his wife, and EI,I~R F. AMBRO(~iE, and the Court having heard
argument of respective counsel, and it being shawn to the Court that
the parties would not be available for trial on September 29, 1977,
as they were outside of the State of Florida and their attendance
would be impossible or grossly inconvenient; ~t is, thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADNDGED as follows; .
1. That the Court hereby grants the Motion for Continuance and
will reschedule the above cases for trial without additional notice.
2. The Court further takes into consideration the fact that the

~ Notice of Hearing on the Motion for Continuance submitted by counsel
~ for the defendants/counter-claimants ~ias filed only three days prior
to the trial, and that the attorney for the plaintiff /counter-defendant

I was unnecessarily burdened with premature trial preparation, therefore,

f the Court shall set a fee for the counsel for the plaintiff/counter-

' defendant at a later date for this extra trial preparation.
