. DIS AGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 30th day of September, 1977,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and subiect matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between~the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. DISSOLUTION: The marriage between CHESTER DAVID KAUFFMAN
and CAROL ANN KAUFFMAN be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
;
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
~ arising therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHESTER DAVID KAUFFMAN, JR., minor
~ ~

~ child of the parties, is hereby aw~rded to CAROL ANN KAUFFMAN,
~ with reasonable visitation rights reserved to CHES R DAVID KAUFF.*SAN.
3. CHILD SUPPORT: Commencing on the 3 day of
October, 1977, CHESTER DAVID KAUFFMAN shall pay to CAROL ANN
~ KAUFFMAN the sum of $ z~, UV each and every week for the

` support of the child named above; said sum to continue until such

~ time as said child reaches majority, marries or becomes self-

supporting. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court

f and by him remitted promptly to CAROL ANN RAUFFM.AN. In addition,

there is hereby assessed the s~n of $2.00 as statutory costs to be

added to each payanent made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
