every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage- .a
ment of the Condomv~ium propcrty and is in the best interests and fo~' the benefit o£ ;
all the awners therein. Purchaser and all awners of parcels i.n the aforedescribed t
Condominitan covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condwniniwn and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchascr hereby ratifies.and
confirn~ auid approves all of the ternis and pmvisions of said Declarativ~i of Condo- t
minium and Exhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment under the ;

that the Declaration of Covenants aml Restrictions of the I'ropcrty Owners' Associ-
ation has encianbercd and impressed a lien upon the Condc~miniwn parcel being conveycd ~
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declarati.on of Co~?enants
and ltestrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~nnes the
obligatians as to the Property Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
