Purchaser, by accepta~~ce r~na execution of thiS lteceipt, acknowledges

subject in evsry respect to the Aeclaration of Condominitan ~s to the condominita~~
in ~~rliich his w~it is loeated and T~chibi ts attaci~ed tliereto, including but not
limited to (whether tlie sa~no are attaclied to the Declaration or referred to
thcrein), the By-l.aws of the Association, Articles of Incorporation, the Poules and
Regulations, copy of pmjected opernting budget, copy of sales brochure and floor
plan of apartment purch~SCd by Purch1ser, and all A~nendments ta the aforesaid De-
claration and Fxl~ibits and the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
of Covenants and Restrictioi~s of the Property Ohmers' Association; and Purchaser '
further aclmo?vledges receipt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges that each anci
eveiy provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment of the Condominium propcrty and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners o~ parcels in tlie aforedescribed
Condominium covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and Fxhibits attaclied thereto. Purchaser hereby r~tifies and
confirn~s and approves all of-the teYms and provisions of said Declaration of Condo-
minium and Fxhibits attached thereto, and agrees that the assessment tmdcr the
Property Owners' Association docim~ents referred to above and the provisions thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser aclanowledges and confiims ~
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of tlie Property Owners' Associ-
ation has encuanbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominitan parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his ob~.igations under tlie said lleclaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser assi.Lmes the
obligations as to the Proper~y Owners' Association as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirnis that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as contained in the aforesaid Declaration of Condominiisn ancl Exhibits attaclied there-
to, and the commoii expenses and the swns due under the Property Owners' Association
and other charges are estamated onl.y. No warranty or guaranty is madc or intendec,~
nor may one he relied except ~.~here the same is specifically warranted or guar.inteed
in said Declaration of Condominium and tlie Exhibits attached thereto.
