every~provision of the~foregoing is essential to the successFul operation and manage-
"ment of the Cbndominiun pmperty and is in the best interests and for the benefit of
all the owners therein, Purchaser and ail avners of parceZs i.n the aforedescribed
Condomini~am covenant and agree to at~ide by each and every provision of said Declar-
ation of Condominium and ~xhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and ~
confiYms and approves alt of the terms and provisions of said Declnration of Condo-
minium and Exl~ibits attached tiicreto, and agxees that the assessment under the
Property Owners' Associution docimients referred to above and the provisians thereof
are reasonable, fair and equitable, ~uicl said Purchaser aclonowleciges and confiYms
that the Declaration of Covenants ?nd Restrictions of *.he Property Owners' Associ-
ation has encumUered and impressed a lien upon tl~e Condominium parcel being conveyecl
to purchaser, as security for his obli~ations under the said Dec2aration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser ass~,anes the
