Judyment. The~Court finds that there is no genuine issue as to
material fact and that the plaintiff is due judgment for princi-
pal on the note in the amount of $3;283:25, plus interest to
date in the amount of $547.60, toqether with costs in the amount
of $37.00 and attarney's fees in the amount of $600.00. Therefore,
