The undersiqned, as personal representative of the above
estate alleqes:
1. 1'h~e decedent, RUSSSLL S. HUH,LEY, a resident of St .
Lucie County, Florida, died on the 18th day of December, 1976,
and Letters of A~m;n;~tratfon were issued to Petitioner on -
Jaauary 5, 1977.
2. Petitioner files herewith a Waiver of Account and .
Service of Petition for Discharqe and Consent to Discharqe
of Personal Representative.
3. Petitiones has fully administered this estate, by
makinq payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
and debts that we=e presented, and by paying or makinq pro-
f vision for the payment of all expenses of administration. That
;
the sum of $1,612.00 has been paid to the Estate of Charles E.
~
! Becht, aad $1,076.00 to the firm of Neill Griffin Jeffries &
Lloyd, Chartered, for leqal services rendered to the estate,
and the sum of $ 2,649.82 paid to Sun Bank of St. Lucie
County, as personal representative.
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed
with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
~ obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.

5. Petitionex has made or proposes to make distribution
of the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
