a deficiency decree against the Mortqagor in the event it becomes
necessary to enforce the mortgage security, nor enter any suit on
the promissory note against the personal responsibility of the Mortgagor.
4. Waiver. - Mortgagor hereby waives and relinquishes any
and all rights or claims against Mortgaqee for any money which may
have been deposited or which may be on deposit with Mortgaqee for
the payment of real estate taxes and assessments or hazard insurance
premiums. ~
~ All other terms and conditions of the promissory note and the
