FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~"w1s ~
This cause came on for trial the 30th day of September,
1977 and the Court having qiven full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of-the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the pa=ties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The marriage between WILLIAM RERRY FARMER and
SALLIE,ANITA FARMER be ancl the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existinq between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. SALLIE ANITA FARMER be and she is hereby authorized
to asswne her maiden name of SALLIE ANITA WILSON.
3. Custody of the minor child, BRADLEY WAYNE WILSON,
is hereby awarded to the Wife.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orde s as may be proper.
ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida this--~ day of October,
