in deed to Charles M. Birdsall and Pearl E. ~irdsall,
his wife, which are respec~ively recorded in Deed Book
99, Page 149, and Deed Book~107 at page 495 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
Together with all riparian rights appertaining thereto.
Excepting right of way for Florida East Coast Railway
and Indian River Drive.
