further acknowledges recoipt of and reading and examination oi said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, sales brochure and floor plan, and aclrnowledges that each ~d ~
every provision of t~ie foresoing is essential to thc successful~operation and managc-
ment of the Condominii,au property and is in the best interests ~izi fo~' the benefit of -
all the owners therein. Purchaser and all owners of parcels in the aforedescribed ~
Condomini~aa covenant and agree to abide by each and every provision of said Declar- ~
ation of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser l~ereby ratifies and ~
con£irms and approves all of the terncs and provisions of said Declaration of Condo- ;
minii+m a~id Fxliibits attached tliereto, and agrees that the assessment under the ~
Property O~~iel•s' Association docuenents referred to aUove and the provisions thereof ~
are reasonable, fair and equitable, and said Purchaser acbwwledges and confirn~s
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the Pmperty Owners' Associ-
ation has encunbered and impressed a lien upon the Condominiuua parcel being conveyed
to Purchaser, as security for his obligations under the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purchaser asstm~es the
obligations as to the Property Owners' Assc~ciation as to his condominium parcel.
Purchaser confirns that all warranties, representations and inducements, if any, are
as wntained in the aforesaid I)ec2aration of Condominiwn and Exhibits attached there-
to, and the cormbn expenses .and the swns due under the Property Owners' Association
and other charges are estimatcd only. No warranty or gi~aranty is made or intended,
nor may one be relied except ~~here the sa~m~ is specifically warr~nted or guaranteed
in said Declaration of Condomi~~iuan and the Exhibits attached thereto.
