This matter coming on to be heard on the Motion of the
Defendants and Third Party Plaintiffs, SILCO OF FORT PIERCE,
INC. and JOSEPH COSEN, to file additional affirmative defenses. -
upon consideration it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
