Southwest one-quarter (SM 1/4) of Sectio~ 6, Town-
ship 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida, sub3ect to an easement for ingress and
egress over and across the South 30 feet thereof.
Also identified as Tract 41, as shown on Location Map
"B" as drawn by McLaughlin ~ngineering Co., dated
April 25, 1966. _ ~

asset be distributed to ETHEL S. PEKAR.

petitioner is unaMare of any unrevaked wills or codicils
of decedent.

summary.administration be entered directing distribution
