. the event that the Court finds the Plaintiff is entitled to
possession of Lhe claimed property pendinq n f1na1 ad~udication
of the claims of the pnrties, the Defendant may file with the
Court a Surety Bo~d to be approved by the Court 1n an amount
equal to the value of the ciair~ed property. The filing of an
appropriate Surety Sond shall stay any Order authorizing the
delivery of the claimed property to the Plaintiff.
5. In .the event that the above named Oef~ndant
fails to appear;-he shali be.deemed to have waived righfi to a
hearing, and in such event the Court may order the Clerk of
the Court to issue a Nrit of Replevin.
