parties to b~ear their own costs and all liens and subroqated
interests to be paid by the Plaintiffs from the•proceeds of

the settlement herein, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause be and the same is
. hereby dismissed with prejudice to the Plaintiffs. Plaintiffs
_ are to pay all liens and subrogated interests from the
proceeds of the settlement herein and the parties shall bear
their own costs.
