THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon Plaintiff's
Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint and Motion for

~ Continuance and counsel for Defendants requesting withdrawal
of his Motion and Notice of Summary Judgment,~Motion to Amend -
Affirmative Defenses, and Motion to Drop Party, both counsel
being present and the court being advised in the premises, it
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
i 1. Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to File Amended
Complaint is hereby granted and Defendant shall have twenty
~f (20) days from said filing within which to respond. '
2. Plaintiff's Motion for Continuance is hereby

granted and this matter shall be taken off the calendar until
a new trial date has been set upon Motion by either party.
~ 3. Defend~nts' Motion to Drop Party, Motion and
