THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on September 8,
1977, upon the Plaintiffs' motion for substitution of
Plaintiff, and this Court having considered the ~rits of
said l~tion, the Suggestion of Death previously filed herein,
and having otherwise been fully advised~in the premi.ses,
it is, ~
: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs' Motion is hereby
granted, and that Plaintiff shall have twenty (20) days from
f the date of entry of this Order within which to amend their
~ ~ Complaint so as to substitute a new named party Plaintiff to _
~ serve in a representative capacity for the deceased Plaintiff,
r
GEORGE MYERS, and further, to amend any other portion of their
~
Complaint which would properly reflect those damag~s which are
` alleged to have accrued to Geor~e Myers prior to his death.
- IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants
shall have ft~fb days from the date of fil~ng of
~ ~ Plaintiffs' Amended Complaint within which to file pleadings
in response to same.
