ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS~CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the Petition by Petitioner,
DEBRA J. McKINNEY, for order of contempt against the Respondent, JOHN
R. McKINNEY, and the Court hearing testimony and both parties be~.ng
represented by counsel, and the Court being otherwise fully advised,
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Respondent, JUHN R. McRINNEY is in
arrears in child support as of this date in the amount of Thirty ~o
, Hundred ($3,200.00) Dollars. .
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent,'JOHN R. McKINNEY, be, and~

he-is hereby, held in contempt for failure to comply with the terms of
the Final Judgments previously entered herein, and is ordered to be con-
fined in the St. Lucie County jail for a period of sixty (6U) days,pro-
vided said party may purge himself of said con~empt and confinement by
the foZlowing:
1. The Respondent, JOHN R. McKINNEY shall on or before 3:00 p.m.
Friday, October 14, 1977, pay to the Petitioner's attorney, R. N. KOBLE- ~
GARD, III, the amount of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars on the arrearage.
2. That beginning Friday, October 21, 1977~,. the itespondent, JOHN R.
McKINNEY, shall pay to the Petitioner, DEBRA J. McRINNEY, the child support
previously ordered in the amount of 1~aentq-Five ($25.00) Dollars per week.
3. That beg~nning Friday. October 21, 1977, the Responden~ shall
pay to the Petitioner the additional sum of 7~ienty Five ($25:00) Dollars
per week until the arrears determined by the Court have been paid in full.
