ROGER POITRAS, Clerk, St. Lucie Covnty Court, and shall make pay~nt of
the additional sum of $2.00 with each payment herein ordered to defray
expenses of processing by the Clerk. ~
ORDER~D AND ADJUb~ED that the Writ of Ne Elceat and Bond that has been
~ssued pursuant to the Petitioner's Petition shall continue in force
until the Respondent has paid to the Petitioner the arrears as determined
herein -in full. ~ - ~ -
And in the event Reaponden~ fails to purge himself as herein required
of all payments above-described, then upon affidavit being filed by the
Petitioner or her counsel evidencing non-compliance under this Order of
Contempt, then the filing of this affidavit shall ex_parte entitle an
order of confinement to be entered by.the Court and the Respondent shaZl -
surrender himself ro, vr be taken into cu8tody by rhe Sheriff of St. Lucie
County, Florida, to serve the co~nfinement herein ordered.
