(13) At all reasonable times the Government and its agents may inapect the property Co ascertain whether t6e covenants ~
and agreements contained herein or in my :upplementary ag~eement are being performed. ~
(14~ '11ie Government may e~ctend and defer the maturity of and reaew and reamortiu the debt evideaced by the note or
any in ebtedness to the Govemment secured hereby, release from liability to the Governmeat any pacty so lisbk t6ereon,
release portioas of the propert~ from and subordinue the liea hereof, and waive aay other rights hereufider, without affectiog
the lien or priority hueof or the liab~ity to the Go~erament of Bocrowec or my'other party for payment of the note or
iadebtedness secured hereby ezcept as ~Qecifiod by the Gorerarnent in writing.

(17) SHOULD DHFAULT occur in the performance or discharge of any obligation in this insuument or secured by this ~
iastrument, or shoo}d any one of the parties named as Borrower die or be dedared in incompetent, a bankrupt, or an in~lvent,
or make an assignment fir the beaefit of crediton, the Government, at its option, with or without notice, may: (a) declue the
entire unount unpaid under the note a~ anr indebtedness to the Government hereby secured immcdiuely due and payable, ~
(b) for t6e account of Bocrower incur and pay reawnsblb e:penses for repair or maintenance of and uke possession of, operate
or rent the property, c) upon application by it and production of this uutrument, without other evidence and without notice
of hearing of said app~rion, 6ave a recei~er a pointed for the properq, with the nsual powecs. of receivers in like ca:a, (d) ~
foreclose this instrument as provided herein or gr and (e) enforce my and all otha rights and remedies provided herein ;
or by presenc or future law. _ ~
(18) The proceeds of fo~eclosure sale :hall be applied in the following order to the pa~m ent of: (a) costs and e:penses
incident to enforcing or complyu'~g with the provisioiu hereof, (b) any prior liens required by law or a competent court to be so j
paid, tc the debt evidenced by the note and all indebtedness to the Go~ernment ucured hereby, (d) infe~ior liem of rccord ~
require~ by lawr a a competeat court to be w paid, (e) at the Gorernment's oQtioa, any other indebtedness of Borrower owing
to or insured by the Government, and (E) any balance to Borrower. At forecloaure or other aale of all or any put of the ~
m property, t6e Govanment aad iu agents may bid and purc}~ase u ~,d ,~ypa y the Government's sharc of the
~ pwchaK price by crediting such amouat oa any debts of Borrowsr ow~wg to or iasured by the Government, in the order ~

(20j If any part of the loan for which th~ insuument is g~~ea shall be used to finance tbe pucchase, coaurucdon or
