Z~ 'O ~ SATISFACTION OF LIEN
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie .
County pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 65-2Z81, Laws of
Florida, 1965, on the 6th day of April, 1977 filed a lien
against any property owned by J05EPH BRYANT, 209 Avenue D, Ft.
Pierce, Florida, in the amount of $2,022.84, said lien being
iecorded in OR Book 266 at page 749 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, said lien has been paid in_full and should be
discharged and satisfied of record.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County "
Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled
this 18th day of October, 1977 that-said Board does hereby
acknowledqe the payment and satisfaction of said lien and directs _
the Clerk of-the Circuit Court of said County to cancel the same
of record. ~
