THIS STIPUI.ATION•entered into be~ween HERBERT J.
ROCHESTER, hereinafter referred to as "Husband".and BONNELL
ROCI•lESTER, hereinafter referred Co as "Wife"
WITNESSETH: ~

intention to live apart, theq desire.to settle their respective

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants
and promises hereinafter contained, the parties do agree as
follows:
~ 1. The Wife acknowledges the receipt of the sum of .
$20,800.00 from the Husb:~nd, such sum representing alimony pay-
ments at the rate of $200.00 per week for two years commencing
June 1, 1977 through June 1, 1979. On June l, 1979, the
Husband shall commence paying to the Wife on a weekly basis the
sum of $200.00 per week as permanent alimony, Said alimony
payments shall continue as long as the parties are living apart

dissoZution of marriage action between the parties.
2. The Husband agrees that prior to June l, 1979, he -
will transfer all his right, title and interest by good and ~
sufficient deed in the home of the parties located at Route Z -
Box 137, Riverharbor Subdivision, Fort Pierce,~Florida, to the
Wife and that from this date forward, the Wife shall have ~
exclusive possession of the above described property. Both parties
aqree to neither bother nor harass each other in any fashion, shape
or form.
