3. The Husband agrees to be responsible for any
outstanding indebtedness.on said above-deacribed property

and pay said indebtedness in a timely manner and hold the .

~ 4. The Husband agrees that he will be responsible
for and pay all medical, ho~pital. and dentist bills incurred
by the Wife as long as the parties are living apart and as long
as the Wife.does not remarry in the event of a dissolut~ion of
marriage action between the partiee. ;

of.by thia Stipulation. It is the intention of the parties that #

the court shall make a determination of the respective parties' ;

that all covenants and agreements herein contained shall eatend ~ ~

~ to and be obligatory upon the heirs, eaecutors administrators
and assigns of the respective parties.
7. The Husband agrees to pay Charles A. Sullivan, Esq.
of the law firm of Sullivan ~ Cobb, the sum of $304.00 for the
preparation of this Stipulatian. . -
- 8. It is fully agreed and understood between the
parties that the law offices of Sullivan ~~Cobb represents the
a Wife in the preparation of this Stipulation and has made no
re~reaentations or o~fered anp legal advice to the Husband.
